Donating Corporate Surplus Hope
for the City takes donations of all kinds, in any quantity, and
distributes it with speed and efficiency to organizations that serve the
poor. We understand that removal of your donations from your
location is a priority, and we take pride in our ability to pick up your
donations in a timely fashion and deliver them to our Community Partners
quickly.
Donations can include but are not limited to:
- Food
- Clothes
- Furniture
- Paper Products
- Health and Beauty Products
- Household Items and Linens
- Office Equipment and Supplies
- Medicine, Medical Supplies, and Equipment
Hope for the City works with businesses every day that have corporate
surplus and do not know what to do with it. Hope for the City finds
creative and charitable uses for just about anything. If you know of
a business that has surplus, a simple suggestion offering the idea of Hope
for the City as a charitable solution is all that's needed. If you
are a business considering a donation of suplus please contact us.
We make the following commitments to our donors:
- No donated goods or resources will be resold or exchanged, bartered
or auctioned.
- Donors will receive receipts for all donations.
- All of the materials donated will go to established non-profit
organizations who are helping the poor to overcome their circumstances
through education, housing, and other programs. This would
exclude any special outreach coordinated through Hope for the City.
- Our Community Partners receive the goods free of charge, and they in
turn give the resources freely to qualified individuals in need.
